Please Note: ALL upgrade requests MUST be accompanied by the currently owned product name
and version number plus the serial number of the product you currently
own. This number is on the bottom panel of the product box or
on the backside of the CD Sleeve. Also NOTE: An Internet connecion
is REQUIRED to activate/register Version 10.x software.
Example: If you already own Dragon
NaturallySpeaking Preferred, Version 8.0 and the Product Serial
Number is X-XX-XXX-XXXX (not this format), and you wish to upgrade
to DNS Professional 10, you would need to have that original product
name (Preferred Edition), version number (Version 8) and Serial
# to order an upgrade. Please note that upgrades are accepted
for no more than a two version jump... i.e., if you own Version
8 and want to go to version 10, that is a two version jump, 8-10=2.
If you own Version1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7... that would be a jump
of more than two (7-10=3, or a 3-version jump).
Once you have acquired the information you need to place your
order, please go to the order page
and fill in the info in the order boxes. Be sure to include your
current product info, ie., product name, version number, serial
number, i.e., "Dragon NaturallySpeaking Professional, Version
8/9" plus your current serial number) and your email address
for verification of order receipt.
PLEASE review carefully the selections to receive the upgrade
you need. If you do not see the upgrade you need, please call
us at 530-749-8820. Note: The upgrade paths from NaturallySpeaking
Preferrred and Professional Editions V8.xx and V9.xx to Naturally
Speaking V10.xx are listed. There is no "upgrade" pricing
from Versions 1.xx, 2.xx, 3.xx, 4.xx, 5.xx or v6.xx, v7.xx to
Version 10. Please Note: There is no "upgrade" path
from Dragon Essentials, Teen, Point N' Speak or Standard Editions,
regardless of Version.
