REFUND / RETURN POLICY
Software Purchases: DO NOT RETURN SOFTWARE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION! If you encounter a defect with SOFTWARE purchased directly from us, we will gladly exchange the product upon receipt of the defective item with RMA Number and prior authorization for the exchange (less shipping, handling and insurance costs). Call 530-749-8820 for the RMA Number and Return Authorization for defective software only! There is a 20% restocking fee for software Returned that is NOT defective as determined by our software engineers. Shipping, handling and Insurance fees are NOT refunded and we do not pay for shipping back to us. IF software is returned and it is NOT Defective, it MUST NOT HAVE BEEN OPENED!
NOTE: Once a product is shipped, there are no returns other than as stated above. We do not accept returns without an RMA and express prior authorization for an exchange and then for defective merchandise return and replacement of same only. We do not offer cash refunds for any software we provide to our customers/clients. Returns are accepted for defective merchandise only and is replaced with same. Meeting STATED system requirements, computer requirements and place(s) of operation are the responsibility of the purchaser and do not constitute reason for software returns.
However, due to copyright and licensing laws and the prevelance of pirated software, we do not accept software returns (whether opened or not) except for defective software REPLACEMENT (exchanged for the same title only.) If by chance, you receive damaged or defective software, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from DATA Center within 15 days of the date of purchase by either calling us at 530-749-8820 or by email at www.dragontalk.com. You MUST get confirmation from us on this request!
Hardware Purchases: If you encounter a defect with HARDWARE purchased directly from us, please contact the manufacturer for questions, concerns or replacement of your product.If this path is refused by the manufacturer, please contact us and we will try to act a a mediary between you and the manufacturer for acceptable resolution. Call 530-749-8820 for help in this regard. If by chance, you receive damaged or defective hardware, you must obtain a return authorization number (RMA) from DATA Computer Center within 15 days of the date of purchase by either calling us at 530-749-8820, faxing us at 530-741-3580, or by email at www.dragontalk.com.

Please note that for Medical or Legal DNS Products:: These may be shipped as either Medical Pro with General Medical Vocabulary (Medical Professional Boxing) or as a Professional Edition with any other Specialized Vocabularies (Professional Edition boxing with Trigram Specialized Vocabularies). BOTH are exactly the same product - just different packaging. Non-specific or pictured packaging does not constitute reason for software returns as the photos are for referrence only..
